The BC Conference of MB churches is comprised of approximately 100 churches spread across our province. Our staff team collaborates with leaders and churches to facilitate our common mission to multiply Christ-centered churches and bring transformation to people through the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are seeking a full time Director of Resource Ministries to join our executive team and bring expertise in the areas of finances, governance and risk management. The position includes resourcing of churches and church leaders in various activities related to administrative leadership and effective stewardship. The Director or Resources ministries both responds to the needs and concerns of the churches and provides equipping that will maximize their effectiveness.
The position requires an individual familiar with financial forecasting and accounting principles and practices. A demonstrated understanding of the administrative needs of churches and a deep commitment to Christ are also essential.
