Laurence is a member of North Langley Community Church, where he has served as an elder for 18 years. He has a love for the Church and has witnessed the work of Christ’s Body in Africa, Asia, and Europe. Laurence is currently the director of the guarantee program of the Roofing Contractors Association of BC, also working with national organizations in standards and research projects. Prior to his current work, Laurence operated a roofing contracting business for 22 years as an owner. Between these careers, Laurence and his wife Elaine of 31 years, walked the Camino, an 800 km pilgrimage in Spain. They have two adult children.
