Every ministry at NLCC relies on the hands and feet of God's people, working together as the body, using their gifts willingly and joyfully. We want to be like Jesus: all in with God, all in with each other, and all in as we serve our church family and community. We will share His grace and truth with a needy world as we are formed by the biblical message of God’s saving work in Jesus. As Christ’s body and God’s family, we will journey, grow and reach others together in loving, committed, Christ-centered community. Our words, actions and efforts to multiply our impact will be focused on helping everyone experience the depth of God’s love for them.
