At present, BCMB’s board operates on a hybrid model which leans towards a management style. The Executive Board (EB) has agreed to move towards a governance policy model and asked the governance committee to propose a change to the governance structure. A draft structure has been submitted and approved by the EB. We invite you to attend the townhall as we review the changes with you in advance of the April 2027 AGM meeting, where the restructured model and bylaws changes will be presented.
