Female Associate Pastor

Reality Church of Metro Vancouver (Reality) is a Vancouver church in the Mennonite Brethren Conference looking to meet the pastoral needs of our growing community.

We are searching for a part-time candidate to join our team who can expand our pastoral reach in three primary areas. First, we believe that our community would be strengthened and built up from female pastoral leadership. Second, we have recognized that our discipleship of the female leaders and members of our church could greatly benefit from a vocational, pastoral, female voice. Third, our community continues to welcome new people, who follow Jesus and who do not, and we want to diversify and expand our ability to minister to these people.
