Join Menno Place, BC’s first campus of care and home to more than 700 seniors. We are seeking a Finance Associate to provide casual support to our Finance Department during vacations, leaves, peak workload periods, month-end and year-end processes, and special projects.

Reporting to the Controller, you will assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, resident billing, reconciliations, financial recordkeeping, reporting, and other accounting functions. This role is ideal for an experienced bookkeeper, accounting professional, CPA student, semi-retired finance professional, or someone seeking meaningful part-time work in a supportive not-for-profit healthcare environment.

The successful candidate will have accounting or bookkeeping experience, strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service.

This is an in-person casual position with a collaborative team environment and access to employee events and an on-site gym.
