Associate Worship Pastor

We have a new position on our staff team and we are excited to find the right person to join us as our Associate Worship Pastor.

The Associate Worship Pastor will work closely with Worship Pastor to lead and support the worship ministry at Northview’s Abbotsford locations.

The person in this position will be an accomplished musician able to confidently lead the musical component of weekend services at any of our Abbotsford Venues. They will also be keen to develop young musicians as future worship team members and leaders.

As a Northview Pastor, the person in this role will have additional responsibilities and opportunities for teaching and congregation care as required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in pastoral ministry, including volunteer development, as well as strategic planning and implementation.
